Guthridge Hall has a maximum capacity of 152 men and women in singles, doubles, and triples. Please note that single apartments are not generally available to new students. Located near the University tennis courts and the Smith Center athletic facilities, Guthridge is an eight-story building. Each fully furnished apartment has a private bathroom, and cooking facilities, either a complete kitchen or a microwave oven and refrigerator.
