JBKO Hall has a maximum occupancy of 237 men and women in singles, doubles, and triples. Please note that single apartments are not generally available to new students.

JBKO Hall is one of our largest apartment buildings. It is locates directly across the street from the Foggy Bottom/GWU Metro station and is in close proximity to the Gelman Library, the Academic Center, Marvin Center, and Smith Center athletic facility. One floor houses the community service floor.

JBKO has efficiencies for double occupancy, one-bedrooms for triple occupancy, and single efficiencies. Each apartment has a private bathroom and kitchen and is furnished with a dinning or kitchen table and chairs, beds, dressers, desks, love seat or sofa, coffee or end table, and chairs.
