Munson Hall has a maximum occupancy of 142 men and women in doubles and triples. Munson Hall is located next to JBKO Hall and is, therefore, also across the street from the Foggy Bottom/GWU Metro station and is in close proximity to Gelman Library, the Academic Center, Marvin Center, and Smith Center athletic facilities.

Munson is comprised of efficiencies for two and several one-bedroom apartments for three students. Each apartment has a private bathroom and a kitchen, and is equipped with a dining or kitchen table and chairs, beds, dressers, desks, and chairs.
