Riverside Towers has a maximum occupancy of 132 men and women in singles and doubles. Please note that single apartments are not generally available for new students. Riverside Towers is a former apartment-hotel made up of single and double apartments. Each of the nine floors houses approximately 16 residents, with every apartment having its own bathrooms facilities. Each room has a dining table, bed, desk, and desk chair, and 24 of the apartments have balconies. One tire of seven single rooms has microwave ovens and refrigerators instead of full kitchens.
