Complete an ITR form and submit it with a non-refundable $300
deposit to a residence hall staff member by 12:00 noon on Friday Feb. 5, 2000.
this is very important. When you submit your ITR and deposit, the staff member
will initial the form to acknowledge receipt of your deposit. You will receive
the pink copy of the ITR as your proof of submitting an ITR and deposit. Keep
the pink copy in a safe place – it’s your proof that you have entered the
room selection process.
A note about the $300 deposit. The $300 deposit is non-refundable. It can only
be credited toward your Fall 2000 housing charges. Once you pick a space, the
deposit becomes absolutely non-refundable. If for some reason you do not pick a room,
$150 of your $300 will be credited to your student account. If you are unable to
choose a room due to lack of space, you will have the option of receiving a full
refund. Every student must submit a deposit by the February 5 deadline in order
to be eligible to select a room. No exceptions will be made.
