Your request is processed in real time. As soon as you confirm your selection, the system will attempt to assign you and your roommates to that room.

You will be informed of any errors in your forms as you go along. If you were successfully assigned to a room, you will received a confirmation page. Print this page out and keep it for your receipt. If the room you requested is not available, you will be told and you will be asked to choose another room.
